We are so happy to welcome Audrey to the Coaching team at our Middletown AND Crestwood locations! 🎉 🎉
Audrey is originally from Suriname and previously worked in the cabin crew for Emirates Airlines. She has worked out at F45’s all over the world 🌎 She and her husband have made their home just outside Louisville and we’re so glad they did!!
Audrey’s experience and passion for fitness includes group fitness, cardio cycling, yoga and aerial hoop acrobatics to name a few!
She is beautiful inside and out and brings so much fun and energy to her classes🔥

About F45 Training Middletown KY
F45 Training is a fitness training program that originated in Australia. Now three locations are open, or coming soon, in Louisville, KY including F45 Middletown. If you’re looking for a full-body workout in a group training environment then look no further. F45 Middletown workouts encompass the popular boot camp style approach to fitness classes. Each class is 45 minutes to an hour long and members will burn 800 – 1,000 calories per class.
F45 Training facilities are designed to make it as easy as possible for members to get full-body workouts every time they train. Therefore, the F45 method is derived from a combination of HIIT, circuit, and functional training. Each class incorporates movements that support activities members will do in their own day-to-day lives. Some activities 📷include lifting, jumping, twisting, pushing, and squatting. When these movements are combined with cardio and intensified with weights, the entire body works to complete exercises.
By combining fast-paced exercises with strength training and cardiovascular endurance, each F45 workout class is highly effective in burning fat and building lean muscle. Every workout class at F45 Middletown in Louisville, KY is led by two certified fitness trainers. The trainers are there to help motivate individuals and monitor them. Trainers monitor classes to ensure members use the correct form and that no one hurts themselves. However, it’s possible that you’ll see a trainer or two participating in F45 workouts as members! Our trainers all believe in the process and maintain healthy lifestyles for themselves and to help other members.
