It's a sure sign of fall when the coffees from Honduras are back in the range!
This is the first time buying this farm, and we're always blown away by the quality and consistency of what’s produced here. This cooperative is formed by seasoned farmers, who has extensive experience in coffee production.
The results is some of the sweetest coffees we’ve tasted from Honduras.
Today is our favorite day - Cupping & // our most beloved friends & partners.
Kate ( ) has fully taken control of tiny arms coffee (roasting & sourcing!) while, I am fortunate enough to enjoy the fruits of her labor. If the coffee is hitting sweeter notes lately - it’s due to her attention to details.

As the seasons change, so does our Earthtones, highlighting the very best single origin coffees throughout the year. We’re looking for coffees that are balanced and sweet, delicious in milk, and with enough complexity to be enjoyed straight up.
At this time of the year we look towards Colombia for our Earthtones, a country that has provided us with some fantastic coffees over the last two years.
For us, this coffee is everything we would expect from this part of the world. It’s super balanced, crisp and sweet, and makes a beautiful espresso. With notes of caramel and apple, this coffee is a true all rounder and delicious with or without milk.

New Coffee!!
An exciting new coffee by Luis Balladarez has just been added to our coffee menu. This is the very first coffee we have roasted from Nicaragua.
We have roasted it very lightly with a similar roasting profile as our Kenya Gathaithi - as it holds the same fruitiness and intense sweetness. The variety is yellow and red Catuai. We taste this lovely jammy note with hints of floral aroma.
- Team Tiny Arms
Come see us and on December 3rd .k.n.d holiday market!! We’ll have drinks, beans, and some new ceramics alongside many other makers 💃 You won’t want to miss it!!
Honduras 🇭🇳💚🦭🦖
We have two lovely Honduras coffees.
The taste profile in Santos Rufina differs from our other Honduras coffee, Alto De Los Santos.
Santos Rufina might not be as sweet, but it has a more defined acidity, a slightly lighter body and an intense aroma of peaches and citrus with light candy red vines notes.
Santos Rufina is a washed processed coffee from one of the most well-managed farm in Honduras. Kate loves Honduras coffees due to its complexities & sweetness.
Stay Caffeinated,
Tiny Arms

The joy of tasting a natural process coffee is simply delicious. Sweet, complex, and fruity notes- are generally what you get with a natural.
We really enjoy Ethiopian coffee - but we haven’t enjoyed one as much as the Hamasho Natural. In the cup we taste Dried Pineapple, Cotton Candy Grapes, and Black Currents.
Unfortunately We only have 200lbs left. Then it’s gone till next years harvest. Have your tried it yourself? If so share your thoughts below 👇🏼 🦖🦭
Keep an eye our for two new Honduran coffees coming next week!
- Tiny Arms Coffee
This washed Hamasho is vibrant and fruit-forward, with lots of fresh peaches & nectarines sweetness. The acidity is lively, like a crisp white wine, and balanced with a milk chocolate-like sweetness. A juicy & refreshing coffee. The coffee body reminds me of black tea.
we recommend trying this on pour over or even espresso.
Our NOTES:
Black Tea, Honeysuckle, Nectarine.
Hamasho washed roasted for espresso. Light and creamy with a finely tuned acidity and floral notes 🦖
Bright, juicy, complex. 🇰🇪
Kenya - Gathaithi Is definitely one of my favorite coffees of the year. This is our first Kenyan coffee - we smell a lovely floral aroma that is sweet & refreshing.
When brewed iced, we taste a classic Kenyan profile - bright berries with a lovely aftertaste of tropical fruits. The complexities of this coffee really come through when brewed hot - we taste berries, milk chocolate, & red licorice.
We’re looking forward sharing this coffee with you guys.
- Team Tiny Arms
We are excited about our newest coffee - Kenya Gathaithi. Since 2020 - Jon wanted to offer a Kenya right off the bat. Due to limited funds, we weren't able to offer an Kenya coffee. This year it’s different - Gathaithi from Kenya has juicy acidity and intense sweetness. Full-bodied but refreshing and floral with complex aromas of blackcurrant & elderflower.
Available on 8/22
Ethiopia’s 🇪🇹!
We have some exciting news - tomorrow you’ll be able to snag our most exciting line so far!
These three new coffees showcase a wide range of what Ethiopian coffee has to offer. From balanced and round to fruity and acidic. Washed and Natural processed. Some are floral, others are fruity.
These coffees are roasted for filter-style brewing.

Tasting coffees from Mexico. 🇲🇽🦖☕️
Ice lattes & Taiyaki ☕️🐟🎏
Two new coffees! 🇲🇽💕
New coffee to us - this beautiful coffee is grown by Cimitrio along with his brother, Hermilo, who o adjacent farms. We taste Hibiscus, Golden Rasin, & Toasted Coconut. Try this one on filter or espresso. We really love it for ice pour overs!
This is our first year working with Luis. Luis, originally from Huehuetenango, Guatemala (which is a literal s throw from where he lives in Amatenango), has been working his farm for 27 years. His farm is currently 27 hectares but he has struggled of late to hire enough labor to harvest the cherries and thus many dry and fall to the ground on their own time. Nonetheless, we find this coffee to remind us of our beloved Peru - Huadquina.
We find this coffee to hold up to milk with hints of sweet honey. We taste - dark chocolate, fig, & hazelnuts.
