Now that you know what a high-needs school is, it's important to know how long you need to teach in one!
Here's a quick rule of thumb for scholars: two years of teaching at a high-needs school is needed for every year of support recieved.

To ensure scholars receive their award in full, former Noyce Scholars teach two years in a high-needs school for each year of scholarship support. But what qualifies as a high-needs school? We have the answer for you here and on our website!
Happy Friday everyone! We’re ending our Noyce 101 series by giving you a few tips on how to maximize your chances of being accepted to the Noyce Scholars Program.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. For full consideration for an award in a given semester, applications should be received one month before the semester begins. Also note that Noyce Scholars must be in their final two years of undergraduate study.
