Congratulations to our July Team Member of the Month, Victoria!

Victoria has been part of our Chick-fil-A team for over two years but just recently transitioned to our South Plains Mall location. During the day, she can be found taking guests' orders at the register, checking in with our dining room, bagging fresh meals, and everything in between.

Her favorite is the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich meal, classic. She loves not only to work but to build relationships with both her fellow team members and the guests she serves. Victoria plans to continue working at Chick-fil-A and advancing with us. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews and making TikToks.

Victoria was chosen as the Mall TMOM because she has demonstrated strong leadership skills and helped create a supportive environment for our newest team members.

Victoria, thank you for all you do!

Congratulations to our June Team Member of the Month, Ethan!

Ethan joined our Chick-fil-A team a year ago and can usually be found in the back making fresh chicken and assembling sandwiches.

His favorite menu item is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with extra pickles and Pepper-Jack cheese. His favorite thing about working at Chick-fil-A is his coworkers. They make coming in each day something he looks forward to.
Ethan recently graduated from high school and plans to go on a mission for his church soon. He loves to hang out with friends in his spare time.

Ethan was chosen as the South Plains Mall TMOM because he comes to work and does his very best every single day. He holds himself to a high standard and brings up his fellow team members with him.

Congratulations to Lauren, our May Team Member of the Month!

Lauren has been an invaluable part of our Chick-fil-A family for the past year, during which she's become a beloved team member. Lauren loves a classic 8 count Nugget Meal with Fries and Buffalo sauce.

Lauren's appreciation for her coworkers is evident, as she considers them good friends due to their welcoming and supportive nature. We are grateful for Lauren's hard work and warm presence in the Mall, which never goes unnoticed. She is truly a valued member of our team.

Congratulations to our April Team Member of the Month, George!

George joined our Chick-fil-A team in November and can be found doing anything in the front-of-house, from taking guests orders to making Milkshakes.

His favorite menu item is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, add American cheese. George loves coming to work because he can interact with all of our guests, invest in their lives, and put a smile on their faces.
He is currently getting a master's in Personal Finance Planning but would love to build a career at his family’s jewelry store. When he’s away from the mall and not doing schoolwork, he loves to read, watch movies, and spend time with his fiancé!

George was chosen as the South Plains Mall TMOM because he cares deeply for everyone he comes into contact with, both team members and guests. He makes sure that when guests get their food, he delivers it with a smile. He is the perfect fit for our team at the mall.

George, you make our restaurant better!
