✨Life Update✨

Happy Monday ladies, it’s been a little while since I’ve posted on here & I just wanted to give a quick life update!

This past weekend I accomplished on of my big fitness goals which was to hike Mount Washington 🏔️

& after about 10 hours of walking, climbing & crawling (yes, crawling over scary cliffs😅) I am VERY proud of myself for accomplishing this goal!

Now, even though I go to the gym about 4 to 5 days a week, this was easily the most strenuous task I’ve ever done 🥵

Leading up to this journey, I made sure to only go to the gym once about four days before my hike so that I wouldn’t have sore muscles going into a very strenuous hike.

As a result of accomplishing this task, I woke up probably the most sore I’ve ever been in my life🤣😭 & had to give myself a full two days of rest and recovery to finally start to feel like myself again.

Sometimes we need to put our strength training goals on the back burner to accomplish other things we have in mind and that is totally OK.

Proud to have reached the highest peak in the northeast 😎 but now back to strength training 💪✨🔥

Fast Food Fat Loss Swaps➡️ || Chipotle Edition 🌯

If there’s anything you take from this post, I want you to remember knowledge is key when it comes to fat loss & dieting.

As much as we want to stick to our meal plans, busy days do happen, and sometimes we need to grab a quick quick bite to eat. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That being said I’m gonna show you how to make a 1700 cal meal a 600 cal meal by only making a few swaps to help you stay on track! 👊

Kicking this series off with chipotle! One of my go to quick bites to eat when I’m super busy. 🤗

Reducing some of your portion sizes and cutting out, some toppings are going to make this meal, less calorie dense and more fat loss friendly. 🫶🤯

Remember diet isn’t about overly restricting and starving yourself. It’s about working with a calorie budget and having knowledge about your food. 🙌

This girl has been CRUSHING her fitness goals without extreme restrictions or overtraining! 🙌

Sam, started working with me a little over a year ago & here is how we got her these results!

1️⃣ Strength training & building lean muscle following a plan that has ranged from 3-5 days of lifting heavy💪

2️⃣ A high protein diet that is BALANCED. Focused on protein, veggies & proper portion sizes. She is currently eating 1,800-1,900 cals & not tracking.

3️⃣ Everyday movement. Hitting a step count 8,000-10,000 every day

4️⃣ Some cardio. 2-3 times per week 20-30 mins tops but not over doing it.

5️⃣ Most importantly CONSISTENTLY! This girl has been working her b***y off for a YEAR! Not 6 weeks or 6 months a full year of working towards her goals!

So proud of how far she has come. I know my clients always thank me for helping but I just give them the knowledge they are the ones who have to work for it🥹🙌🤗

✨Motivation Monday✨

Giving a huge shoutout this week to my incredible client Sam, who has absolutely transformed her physique over the past year.

Sam came to me not only looking to transform her physique, but also to build muscle, improve endurance, build confidence, and improve her overall health.

Over the past year, she has worked her b***y off, following a combination of strength training, cardio & fueling her body for performance. 💪

In these two photos she has lost over 20 lbs in total, my more importantly she has lost body fat & gained muscle 🙌

We still are working hard to make even further improvements, but I had to share her hard work and determination.👊
