Crisp opened in January of 2014 in the first floor of the Allied Arts Building at the corner of Church and 8th Street. Crisp has since expanded to a larger location at 12th and Church Street, Downtown and Graves Mills Shopping Center, Forest, VA. Crisp is an assembly line style service restaurant featuring highly customizable Salads, Wraps, Fresh Baked Bread, and Juice made fresh, with locally sourced and ecologically sustainable ingredients.
