Throwback to when Tanya and Mallory made it into the Great Lakes Pilot!

Tanya may not be a full time bartender anymore, but she still makes her rounds in the bar as one of our dining room managers and is always happy to see our regulars! As for Mallory, she can be found as a bartender and caterer for our various events both in our Banquet Room and On-Site Caterings.

A little over a month to go until the 2024 Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk! Here's a look back at our crew the morning of the Bridge Walk from 25 years ago, in 1999!

Today, we mourn the loss of Bill Shepler, our beloved co-founder and Captain of Shepler's Mackinac Island Ferry.

Bill's dedication and passion for connecting people to the beauty of Mackinac Island created unforgettable memories for countless guests. His legacy of service, leadership, and community spirit will forever be a part of our lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Shepler family and friends during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Captain Bill. You will be deeply missed. 🌊⚓️⛴️
