First our ever-popular Mackinac Island IPA was released into local retail stores, and now HERE COMES THE FUDGE! YEP! Mackinac Island IPA......."FUDGE"

Our Mackinac Island IPA Fudge contains no alcohol. The unique flavor profile of this delicious chocolate fudge was created by evaporating our Mackinac Island IPA into a non-alcoholic syrup, retaining all that flavor, and then infusing it with Devon's Mackinac Island Fudge.

New Michigan IPA showcases the Mighty Mac with a collector iridescent can and hits a limited number of retail stores in Mackinaw City just in time for the 2024 Zoo de Mac Bicycle Race.

Dixie Saloon Brewery's ever popular Mackinac Island IPA was put on shelves in a limited number of retail outlets in Mackinaw City today, just in time for the upcoming Zoo de Mac Bicycle Race. Dixie Saloon's General Manager Brendon Koshoshek tells us " We wanted to showcase our amazing Michigan IPA with a collector style can that was Pure Mackinac!. We collaborated with our in house digital artist Brandon Long, who rendered an amazing display of the Mackinac Bridge with iridescent northern lights in the background." Koshoshek goes on to say " The can is spectacular but it comes second to the quality of this new Michigan IPA, which delivers a 100% grain to can experience made with Michigan ingredients. Dixie Saloon Brewery's Mackinac Island IPA comes in with an ABV of 7.1 and 72 IBU's, with a delicious well-balance front end and a delightfully smooth finish. It is our hope that this delicious beer with the dynamic can will draw awareness to the Mackinac Straits area and it's growing craft beer market."

The World Famous Dixie Saloon Brewery has plans to roll out this colorful brew in retail stores throughout the state of Michigan over the next several weeks, but if you want one of the very first collector cans you'll have to come to Mackinaw City this weekend. Retail outlets currently stocked are; Mickey's Mini Mart, Mackinac Family Market, The Mackinac Island Beer and Wine Store, The Caboose inside Mackinaw Crossings, and of course the Dixie Saloon.

With rising food costs, many restaurants are using cheaper beef with smaller patties. The Dixie Saloon’s One Half Pound Prime Black Angus Steak Burger, redefines premium beef, setting a higher bar of quality, tenderness, and taste.
