So, for everyone's safety, Argus will be closed tonight (Fri Jan 12th).
Jess will open the doors tomorrow at 5pm (Sat Jan 13th).

We want to thank all of you who came out and celebrated with us. It was a great night. Made it all the way till 7:00 a.m. with no fights and only one puke. Lots of broken glasses, but that's to be expected. Had to cut off a few people, but that's to be expected. Some were not happy about it, but, again, that's to be expected.
Thanks for making 2023 a good year.
We want to wish you all good health and happiness for 2024.

It's been 6 years, but like all things you can set your watch by... New Year's Eve returns to a Sunday night. We'll be here to see it happen. You should be too! We'll have hats and horns and jello shots to ring in the new year. And like all things you can set your watch by, Argus will be open until the wee hours of the morn.

Spirited Women+ is hosting a charity drive tonight with all proceeds going to the Road Home Dane County. Lots of raffle prizes from local businesses (including t-shirts/ gift certificate from Argus). Stop by and support a great cause. Donations of canned goods, coats, socks and/or gifts for kids are appreciated.

Hello friends,
My 23 year old nephew, Zain, has a rare kidney disease, Alport Syndrome. He is in stage 4 ESRD. Yesterday, he met with the UW Transplant team and we are all hoping that he will be listed on the UNOS transplant list next Friday. Please look at and share his page, Kidney 4 Zain , to help him find a living kidney donor. Maybe someone we know will consider making a life changing donation.

Ok folks, Tommy and I braved the elements and made it into work, the least you can do is come and keep us company. Have a burger, have a drink, do the crossword... We got cribbage/dice and the Rocky marathon on the TV. What could be better than that?

We are once again fundraising for the Rockford family planning foundation. In conjunction with Students for Choice there will be an event in the downstairs on Thurs Nov 3 from 8-10pm.

As well, we will again be selling Strawberry Starburst Jello Shots and vodka/pink lemonade cocktails with all proceeds going to the center.

You can hang out in your backyard, playing with your balls or get up to the Argus meet. Some friends have some laughs, drinks and food
