How to Ready Your Young Child for Yom Kippur Yom Kippur and toddlers don’t seem to go together very well. On the most solemn day of the calendar, it can be difficult to figure out what to do with a young child who isn’t ready to sit in services all day.
Childcare is available during our T’filat K’hilah: Rosh Hashanah Community Worship on Saturday, September 16, for $25/child. Children may be dropped off starting at 10:00 am (service begins at 10:30 am) and must be picked up at the end of service before Tashlich. Please register for childcare by September 7 to ensure there are enough childcare staff. Advance registration is required; no drop-in childcare.

Registration for 2021–22 Religious School and Hebrew School is now open.
To register:
-Log in to our website at www.tbemadison.org.
-After logging in, click the “Welcome (your name)” button in the upper right-hand corner and then click My Account.
-Find the “Start School Enrollment” badge in the Family section of the page.
-For each child you are registering, select the grade for the 2021–22 school year.
-Click the Religious School and Hebrew School course check boxes under each child to register. (Note: Hebrew School has some schedule options to consider - Please refer to Hebrew School Options for more information).
-When you have selected all the courses, click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.
-Please fill out all required fields on the school enrollment form.
