Originally hailing from Montgomery, AL, Kendal found her passion for Rumble in Nashville, TN, where she trained before moving to the Huntsville/Madison area in 2023. A former high school and collegiate cheerleader, she’s transitioned from leading crowds on game day to leading fitness classes.

Outside of the ring, Kendal’s a seasoned marketing professional and indoor cycling instructor, known for promoting some of your favorite brands, while bringing ultimate hype-woman vibes in the bike room. At the core of her training philosophy is the belief that fitness should be fun and empowering. Get ready to have a blast and feel the burn with Kendal in your corner.

Shannon was born and raised in Texas as a volleyball athlete. After graduating college at Texas Tech University, she moved to LA to pursue her passion of fitness on the West Coast. Starting out as a group fitness instructor and high school volleyball coach, she quickly built up a diverse clientele from youth volleyball athletes to A-list celebrities. Shannon’s favorite thing about Rumble is inspiring people to be the best versions of themselves.

Originally from Los Angeles, Miami, and Boston, Maika has been living in Huntsville, AL for 2 years now. She’s been an indoor cycling instructor for 8 years with a passion for dark rooms, lights, and heavy beat drops. Be ready to get sweaty and have some fun. Miami club vibes coming right up!

“My name is Zeus, I’m a professional machine gunner for the USMC, not like that MG Kelly kid. I can’t remember a time in my life where I wasn’t into fitness in some way, shape, or fashion. I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years, working with all sorts of awesome clients from high school athletes to powerlifters to elderly couples wanting to exercise together in their retirement. I have been boxing for 8 years and gotten in the boxing ring for amateur fights as well as the mixed martial arts program in the Marine Corps. I’m very passionate about fitness and especially about teaching people about boxing! Boxing has been such a huge part of my life and helped me through some of the hardest times in my life and I just want people to get the same benefits from it as I did!”
