The upcoming fall/ winter semester’s show lineup will be the BIGGEST & BEST in our entire history, since we’ve already moved most of the shows we had to postpone last semester due to the COVID 19 pandemic while successfully booking a bunch of great new acts for the fall/winter - so stay tuned for more info!

FAQ #1 What is Liquid’s Age To Enter Policy?
Answer: We are ALWAYS 18+ To Enter & 21+ To Drink.
FAQ #2 How can I contact someone re: Liquid?
Answer: Please EMAIL US ([email protected]) for anything urgent. It’s FAR FASTER to get a response from us by email vs phone/ voicemail as we work on music venue time vs normal human being time.
FAQ #3 OMG. I lost my phone/ID/credit card. What do I do?
Answer: PLEASE DON’T CALL US AS THERE’S A MUCH FASTER WAY TO REACH US. Please just email us a detailed description of what you lost ASAP, as we do Lost & Founds on Monday EARLY in the afternoon. That's ideally when we'll get back to you after we have had a chance to look for your item(s). The best time to PICK UP a lost item (AFTER we have confirmed that we have found your lost item) is on Monday afternoon between 2-4pm.
FAQ #4 How do I request a table for my group? Is VIP table service available?
Answer: Liquid has 6 elevated VIP tables right in the middle of our venue with amazing views overlooking the main stage and dance floor! VIP tables are DEFINITELY Madison-priced vs Chicago priced – in fact our table service drink packages are almost always less expensive for groups of 6 or more vs ordering cocktails individually. You can request tables by using the reservations form in the VIP section of the website. Note: All Liquid VIP areas are strictly 21+.
FAQ #5 Is Liquid available to rent for private events?
Answer: Yes – we love groups! For groups of 50 or more, please use the form in our BOOK LIQUID section of the website. For groups smaller than 50 (bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.) — please use the reservation form in our VIP section of the website.
