Treberwurst! Ever since Dovetail Brewing introduced this glorious sausage dish to the world, Jesse at Wisconsin Landjaeger has made it his life's work to bring these flavors to the sausage lovers of Wisconsin...and that day has finally come!

On Friday, May 24th from 4-8pm, we're teaming up with Jesse to launch treberwurst at The Wedge - which we'll be slinging alongside a brand new collaboration Smoked Helles Bock from Sahale Ale Works in Grafton, WI.

If you're unfamiliar with treberwurst, it has roots in Switzerland where vineyard staff would heat sausages over hot steam produced from the distillation of pumace brandy. Dovetail took that idea and started heating up their sausages in spent grain, and we'll be doing the same with grain from our friends at Hop Haus Brewing Co

On the beer side, the Smoked Helles Bock is the third collaboration between Jesse and Matt Hofmann, the owner of Sahale and former colleague of Jesse's when they worked at Avery Brewing in Boulder, CO. Their collaborations are always sausage & German-inspired (the previous being a Caraway Kellerbier and German Pale Ale), and this collab brings together their shared love of smoked & bock beers.

Jesse and Matt will be on-site from 4-8pm to chat, drink, and nosh, and we can't wait to hear your thoughts on the almighty treberwurst!

Next Thursday May 23rd we kick off our trivia! Trivia starts at 6:30pm, come early, grab a seat, some drinks and some cheese! Bring your friends or challenge yourself solo. Drink specials, and gift cards to be won! 🤓🍻
