See entire selection at our online store. Many items hand made by our church members. Spanakopita, tiropita, and meatballs are frozen for you to bake at home. Pastries are fresh. We wish to thank everyone for all the kind words and best wishes we have received over the past couple of weeks as we head toward our (semi) retirement. From the early days of Cleveland's Diner...later Plaka Taverna...and Atlantis Taverna in Sun Prairie...and our previous food cart Athenian Garden...you've been part of our lives as we have been part of yours. We want to give everyone a huge THANK YOU for keeping us going for 25+ years!

We will be wrapping up operations this week, with Wednesday Nov. 11 our last day serving. We're open for takeout dinner 4-8pm today (Tues) and tomorrow (Wed.). We have been selling out of food early during the past few dinners, so it is best to call ahead of time and schedule a later pickup time. Each combo features what you see here, plus 2 grilled pita bread and an 8-oz tub of tzatziki (yogurt-cucumber sauce). $32 each, or $50 with a bottle of wine (feeds 2). ALSO, we have "Gyros 4-packs to go" where the gyros fixings are packed in bulk and you assemble them in your home. PATIO IS OPEN!! We continue to offer takeout with the option to sit on the PATIO. Our interior dining room is not available currently for seating. Patio seating will be limited to dinner and weekends (not weekday lunches) because of staffing levels. We'll have the bar menu available as well. In addition, the public area across the street from Plaka is available. Enjoy your food there while gazing at the view of Lake Monona. We can provide you with water and condiments if you wish to use the tables and chairs there.
