Sandwich special for brunch this weekend! House made baguette, applewood smoked ham, over medium eggs, sautéed red onions, provolone cheese, tomato, basil pesto, and mayo topped with arugula.
Special through the weekend starts with a brunch favorite…a potato leek cod cake! We top it with a haddock filet and serve it with local cauliflower, cabbage, and English snap peas, bacon and a beurre blanc!

The newest edition to our menu is pan seared arctic char served with house made Roman gnocchi and brown butter sauce. With caramelized pearl onions, lemon zest, and local vegetables this dish sings. Pairs perfectly with our staff favorite white wine, the Mortellito Bianco. Come in Tuesdays for 1/2 price bottles with dinner.
Have you tried our new Cilantro Sunset Margarita? With pineapple and a Tajin rim it is giving full-on summer vibes. It pairs great with fish fry as well. Happy Friday!
It’s Spaghetti & Meatballs Monday! Rich and complex San Marzano tomato sauce, beef and Italian sausage meatballs, Parmesan Reggiano, and a slice of baguette. Tomorrow you can get any bottle of wine on our menu half price with your dinner! And if you haven’t tried our brunch yet I’m excited for your first taste of our perfect eggs, creamy, cheesy grits, and fluffy buttermilk pancakes.

Rainy Sunday morning blues? The cure is ice cold water, hot coffee, and a Pimm’s Cup to follow; with our thick cut French toast served with lemon curd whipped cream, toasted almonds, and door county cherry sauce you’ve got the recipe for a perfect start to the day.

It has been a special week here at G&B with our first deer sighting of the spring! Being across from the makes for some great scenic views 🌿🦌🦃
And for a limited time we have a sauté of our house made Chorizo with Lacinato kale, roasted red peppers, garlic, and white beans. We top it with shrimp and a garlicky lemon butter.
