MEET YOUR COACH- AIMEE

“Sometime a little over a decade ago, I fell in love with indoor cycling. I quickly started coaching and then discovered a new love of coaching group fitness; the connections made, the wins, watching people gain strength and confidence and find their own passion for movement. Over the years I’ve coached bootcamp, HIIT, strength classes, and most recently yoga… but cycling has always been my favorite. It’s the dark room, the loud beats, and the energy created when people move together for me.

I fully believe in continuing to be a student and am currently a certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 coach, and 200 hr registered yoga teacher.

Those who know me, know how obsessed I am with music; with finding new music, sharing music, and perfectly curating playlists that take you on a journey throughout a class whether on a bike or mat.

When I’m not cycling or practicing yoga, you can find me at my office job, cuddling with my little rescue pitbull or at brunch.”

Born and raised in Cancun, Mexico, Coach Mauricio was drawn to indoor cycling from the minute he stepped into his first class. Mauricio has over 5 years of instructing experience under his belt, but believes in the power of remaining a student.In class, Mauricio seeks to challenge everyone both physically and mentally, embracing the use of fitness as a form of therapy. With a huge love for music, you can expect a little bit of everything in class.

When he’s not coaching, you can find Mauricio playlisting at Foxtail Coffee 😉, playing with his dog, or managing the studio.
