To our community we adore:

Adored WiFi will be closing down our business. We will no longer provide the Manchester community with Internet services as of June 1, 2022.

We chose to start Adored with the goal of providing the community with an alternative to the other Internet providers. Due to the inability of Adored to break into the Manchester market, we have made the difficult decision to end operations. The decision to close down the business was not an easy one. We have sincerely appreciated the opportunity to provide you with service and the support you have provided Adored

– The women of Adored are making their mark. This week, for Women’s History Month we want to recognize and introduce our CEO, Liz.

Liz is the visionary behind our company. As the Co-Founder and CEO, Liz is focused on creating and defining the vision and strategy for Adored. A staple in the Manchester community, she worked to create businesses that the community can adore. From The Factory to Bookery, Liz has created amazing businesses that support the lifestyles of Manchester locals.

In addition to building businesses like Adored, Liz is also a mother of three and passionate supporter of the arts. You may find her enjoying a cup of coffee at Bookery or biking with her family when she’s not working on one of her unique projects.

Courtney is the voice of Adored. As our Customer Success and Community Manager, she is dedicated to connecting with our community. With 6+ years of wireless experience, Courtney focuses on providing exceptional customer service, transparent support, and creative connectivity solutions for Manchester, NH.

Not only does she work for Adored, but Courtney is also a full-time student working towards her bachelor’s degree. She enjoys using her creativity to get involved with the Manchester community and carve the largest pumpkin she can find every October.

Bill is our Manchester local powerhouse. As our Field Technician, Bill loves working with our new customers and ensuring their wireless connection not only works but looks amazing. He is passionate about our community and making sure our customers have everything they need! Standing at an impressive 6'8", Bill can install your new connection with ease.

When he’s not playing disc golf, Bill enjoys collecting precious metals, adding to his rare coin collection, or showing off his comedy skills at local open mic's and comedy nights!

We’re looking for someone to join our team, helping to support our growing internet subscriber base. This is a great opportunity for anyone considering a career in telecommunications.

In this role, you will report to the COO and work with the Adored team on a range of activities to ensure our customers continue to adore their services. You’ll have the opportunity to install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain internet connections throughout southern New Hampshire.

Responsibilities & duties

Perform site surveys to determine the serviceability of a potential customer
Install new internet services for business, residential, and MDU customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues during onsite visits
Configure routers and customer devices as needed
Perform upgrades to equipment for existing customers
Update internal database to ensure equipment is assigned to customer location and accurately tracked
Keep accurate and current inventory logs and vehicles logs
Perform routine maintenance to backhaul equipment
Maintain company-assigned assets including tools, equipment, and vehicles
Prove the highest level of customer experience in any and all interactions with customers
Safely drive company vehicle while utilizing the more efficient route
Other duties to be assigned by the COO
Job requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current valid driver’s license
Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
Regular and predictable attendance
Previous roofing or construction experience
Must be comfortable working on roofs, at varying heights, and in confined spaces
Must be able to lift 60lb ladders
Desired qualifications and skills

Previous experience in a construction role - residential, commercial, or industrial
Installation experience in related field/wireless internet
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to cut and terminate cat-5e or cat-6 cable
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
Willingness to think outside the box while onsite
Enjoys working with hands and learning new technology
This is a part time role expected to be between 15-25 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $30,000.00 per year

The Sales Executive role will facilitate the sale of internet services and connectivity opportunities to residential users, small to midsize businesses, multi-dwelling unit (MDU) owners, community expansion, and large businesses.

Responsibilities & duties

Generate sales to residential and small to medium sized businesses through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up.
Generate sales to MDU owners and large businesses through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up.
Meet and exceed all assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience scorecard metrics.
Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
Consult with business customers on their business application, solicit referrals for potential new prospects and close web leads.
Resolve customer issues quickly and strive to reach resolution on the first call or escalate issues appropriately.
Updates and maintains prospect database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis, assuring management of prospect database and assures customers' orders are fulfilled.
Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications for research and documentation.

In this role, you will report to the COO and work with the Adored team on a range of activities to ensure our customers continue to adore their services. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your technical skills while having a hand in developing strategies and procedures to ensure the stability and performance of network architecture.

Responsibilities & Duties

Controlling the operation of services related to all local area networks and wide area networks
Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and work on network optimization tasks
Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches and firewalls
Deploy upgrades and improvements to network infrastructure
Troubleshoot network issues escalated by field technicians and CSRs
Manages all Internet Protocol addressing, including assignment of subnets, IP pools, etc.
Additional responsibilities assigned as needed
Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a network engineer
2+ years of experience working in telecommunications, preferred
Strong experience in MikroTiks and/or Ubiquiti routers/switches support and installation
CCNA, CCNP, or other industry certifications is a plus
Highly organized, follows through and makes sure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Knowledgeable of network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN/WAN operations, BGP, OSPF, VPN, firewall, MPLS
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional skills in troubleshooting, analytics and diagnostics
Degree in IT or networking preferred, or equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
