Scandia Manufacturing Co., Inc., specializes in the manufacture, repair and upgrade of precision hydraulic and mechanical marine systems for the DOD.
We have extensive experience in many different manufacturing processes including turning, milling, grinding, welding, molding, cladding, shearing, bending and forming of all types of materials including exotic and difficult to machine alloys (such as K-500 monel, inconel, titanium, stellite, and nickel aluminum bronze) and all types of plastic. All areas are completely mercury free. Scandia is one of the few facilities in the mid- Atlantic area qualified to manufacture "SUBSAFE" components.
