Finished up another swing bearing job on a 312E for Cramer Excavating LLC

Not a complex job, but not always an easy one!

Had a faulty DEF injector leaking exhaust fluid BACK INTO the harness causing a short circuit and all sorts of codes. Luckily the harness was able to be repaired vs. replaced saving a lot of money!

Two separate transmission related projects within a weeks time. Regardless of the manufacturer’s “recommended speciality tooling needed” we made it work just fine 👌🏼

A blown hydraulic fan motor hose APPARENTLY means you have to take the tire off to get to it. Luckily it was nothing Austin Rose couldn't handle.

This was our most liked photo on Facebook in "2023". It might have something to do with that 120+ yr old chestnut siding that was never painted. Starting this little company out of the trunk of my car and watching it transform and grow to what it is today has been an amazing experience. I feel so blessed. We couldn't have done it without all of you. We would like to thank everyone for another great year. Was working right off the highway the other day putting in some new Injectors.

Got lucky and didn’t have to remove the whole track frame to replace these leaking travel motor lines on this CT332.

Couldn’t get them off with a wrench, but thanks to our good friend the air hammer, they eventually came loose.

Had an awesome jobsite view of the once “Lumbermens Mutual Insurance” building. Very impressive building. I forgot to get pictures of the front, so just Google it if you’re curious what it looks like 💁🏼‍♂️

More Hydraulic Cylinder Reseals!

This Terex 72-51AA loader was one of the hardest machines that has been worked on here at Right Track.

The machine had no steering control, which was quickly diagnosed to be a failure within the steering gearbox.

What made the machine so hard to work on, was having almost no knowledge of the model number,part numbers, service information, etc. available to continue the repair.

Even with the wonderful world of the internet, it took several hours of searching and calling to finally get ahold of a very knowledgeable man from the United Kingdom who was very experienced in 1970’s Terex Loaders to give us a good point in the right direction to get parts to fix this issue.

This was a very rewarding work order to close, and a very happy customer to get their machine back to work!
