As our community and study body changes, so does Savvy's! We're glad to introduce our updated logo, and we look forward to serving you again this school year! Follow along for updates as our students develop our menu and features for this school year!

And that’s a wrap! Our student chefs learned a lot this year and here’s half of our newly certified ACF cooks and bakers! With our new ACF accreditation, students who have successfully complete 3 credits can receive their ACF Certified Fundamental Pastry Cook and become an ACF Certified Fundamental Cook in Practicum (that’s our bistro students!) Two of our students worked extra hard and even got dual certifications in the same year!

We’re all done for this school year, but we look forward to seeing you next year! Thank you so much for your continued support and for helping the next generation of Chefs here at Ben Barber Innovation Academy.

After two successful soft openings last week, we're excited to announce that Savvy's Bistro will be open for the second semester! Please take a look at our calendar for January and February and our updated menu. Students are excited to prepare these new menu items and to showcase their skills!

First day of soft openings done! We’ll have our second soft opening tomorrow (1/25) before opening fully next Wednesday (1/31). Feel free to stop by and help us practice the new menu!

Student chefs learned about post secondary opportunities at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and got to make Philly cheesesteaks with Chef Drew!

Practicum students had the opportunity to hear from our industry partner Melvin of Dough Boy Donuts. Students learned about steps of service and got to practice serving guests!
