There were other homes sitting for awhile and eventually something would shake …

Now here we are, a different unit but great incentives. When I called to let them know my client wanted to move forward, the price of the home was already reduced by $10K earlier that morning + the builder was offering $10K in closing costs for using their preferred lender ✅ + the lender was offering an additional $6600+ in closing costs … OVER $16,600 TOTAL IN CLOSING COSTS. LOOK AT GOD!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
