Beautiful Spring walk today!

I went to a functional medical doctor today and I am really excited to finally feel heard by a doctor that is not going by what the standard test results say is OK. Bloodwork in a few weeks, and we shall finally begin treating underlying issues! Of course I had to take pictures of the waiting area that was in an 1800s farmhouse in Roswell!

Fuel the body and feed the brain!

Within the last month I have volunteered to hold open two properties that have gone under contract before I could set foot in the house. One of the properties was in a more rural area with a price point of $1.35m and on 16 acres while the other was a townhome in an urban area with a price point of $445k. The similarities between the two properties mentioned above that I see are they were both turnkey, photographed well (no saturated photos akin to a dating profile), and priced attractively according to the current market.
