What I really want to share with you is the depth of love and adoration that I feel towards the clients that I’m fortunate enough to represent. You hear (read) me say it over and over… but it’s true!!!
It’s such an honor to walk people through one of the most stressful and challenging experiences of their life!!! I become so attached to them… their pets… family members. Often they feel like one of my own. This precious couple is no exception. I fell in love with them the very first time I met them! In the matter of a year, I have been fortunate enough to watch them celebrate becoming first time homeowners. Pet parents. Celebrate getting married. Even sad times that broke my heart for them.
Sadly, today they moved back to Newberry, SC. I can’t wait to see what the future holds in store for them. No doubt there will be a multitude of blessings.

Elmsford appraiser sued for $8.7M for allegedly overvaluing Greenwich home - Westfair Communications Pallasite Asset Trust, Evanston, Illinois, accused Anthony J. Bisignano and Key Associates and Appraisal Services Inc. of negligence and breach of contract, for allegedly inflating the value of a Greenwich, Connecticut home by $1.8 million, in a complaint filed in U.S. District Court, White Plains.
