Let Your Endurance Grow

As a hurting mom, there have been seasons in my life where I’ve felt like I was facing nothing but difficulties, wondering if I could endure it for another day? Maybe there are some of you who are feeling this way right now. If so, listen to what James 1:2-4 says:

My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can! For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up in you the power of endurance. And then as your endurance grows even stronger it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking. James‬ ‭1:2-4‬ ‭TPT‬‬

As I look back at the difficult times in my life, I can clearly see that God has always been with me giving me the the endurance I’ve needed to carry on. He is so faithful. With each storm I can see that my endurance has grown stronger as I’ve grown closer to God. I love knowing that this endurance releases perfection into my life until nothing is missing or lacking. What an amazing promise that is!
