We recently announced our transition to a new salon software. We appreciate your patience as we continue to learn the new system and get everyhing set up to allow us to serve your better.

We have received some feedback about our text confirmations and were not aware we missed a step in setup and the texts did not include our salon name. We have made the update today and this image is an example of what you will receive. It will include a link to click to confirm your appointment. Text messages are sent around noon 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

The texting was shut off in our old system but it seems a few people received texts over the weekend from both systems. We have reached out to our tech support to ensure the texts from the old system are shut off.

Challise & Company hair | skin | body has been busy. We love the opportunity to get out of the salon and get to know others in our community.

Earlier this month Challise & Carrie participated in the Bridal Open House at Koury Farms Weddings & Events in Auburn,Georgia. They were able to highlight the beautiful work our team can do with hair and makeup as well as provide information about our spa packages giving brides a chance to have a day of relaxation before or after their busy wedding.

Challise & Carrie also hosted a salon relaunch at Holbrook Sugar Hill, one of the senior living facilities we proudly serve!

Had a great class today with Susan Ford with Aveda on Classic Haircuts! Always learning!
