Cobb’s real estate market is doing well! Last quarter, the median sales price was $450,000, up 1.9% from Q4 2023. Compared to last year, there’s been an impressive 8.2% increase in prices. There aren't a lot of homes available to buy and there are a lot of buyers wanting to buy them. When buyers compete, prices go up.

Interestingly, last quarter also marked the highest price ever recorded for the first quarter of the year. Looks like 2024 is shaping up to be a strong year for Cobb’s real estate market.

Sellers, rejoice! With high sales prices and high demand, you’re in a great position to sell your home for top dollar.
