This is a tough one... 😜

So much of the Bible focuses on freeing us from fear; on putting our faith in God, knowing He is right there with us.

He’s the Good Shepherd who keeps searching for the lost sheep. He’ll leave the 99 for the 1, no matter how far they’ve strayed.

When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; at night I stretched out untiring hands, and I would not be comforted. (NIV)

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go. (NIV)

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. - Romans 8:38-39

Ever-present...it means He's always there, ready to strengthen you and protect you.

"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." - John 1:5

Look who we hired on this date! What a blessing Shannon is to all of us!

Don't isolate based off of emotions that are temporary. Put your trust in God's love over what you are feeling.

Verse 3: "Know that the LORD is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture."

Way to go Elijah! Elijah is our fantastic Student Ministry Director of Legacy Marietta! Let him know what a wonderful job he is doing!

Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders. Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice. Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.

If you feel lost, it’s not because God can’t find you. He knows where you are. You just need to step out of hiding and see He’s been there all along.

It may not look like it when you're in the valley, but there's purpose in everything you go through. God will strengthen and sustain you.

What we focus on gets bigger in our mind. If we focus on our lack or our struggles, those get bigger. But if we focus on our blessings and show gratitude to God, goodness gets bigger.

"But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me." (NIV)

God will fight for you. You just need to be still and trust in His goodness.

The Devil wants to point out your failures. But God wants to move you toward your future.

When we hold our cares within ourselves, we rely on ourselves to sustain us. That's a recipe for exhaustion.

It’s a prison of our own making that we put ourselves inside of. We encourage you to unlock the door, and step out. Forgive.

We can hold onto our fears and do our best to push through them...or we can give them to God and let Him take care of them.
