The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for May. Both Pending and Closed Sales declined. Inventory and Days on Market posted sizable increases, while Average Sales Price posted modest gains.
New Listings decreased 16 percent to 15,883
Pending Sales decreased 15 percent to 12,021
Closed Sales were down 14 percent to 12,384
Days on Market increased 77 percent to 39 days
The Median Sales Price increased less than one percent to $356,000
The Average Sales Price increased three percent to $433,052
Inventory levels increased 19 percent to 23,613 units
Months Supply of Inventory was up to 2.2 months

New Listings decreased 11 percent to 15,577
Pending Sales decreased 17 percent to 12,246
Closed Sales were down 19 percent to 11,571
Days on Market increased 63 percent to 49 days
The Median Sales Price increased two percent to $340,000
The Average Sales Price increased two percent to $403,381
Inventory levels increased 50 percent to 23,493 units
Months Supply of Inventory was up to 2.1 months

The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for February. New Listings, Pending Sales, and Closed Sales continued to trend downward, while Median and Average Sales Price indictors showed a modest increase.

New Listings decreased 11 percent to 12,144
Pending Sales decreased 19 percent to 10,238
Closed Sales were down 21 percent to 8,685
Days on Market increased 58 percent to 52 days
The Median Sales Price increased three percent to $330,700
The Average Sales Price increased four percent to $383,532
Inventory levels increased 58 percent to 23,533 units
Months Supply of Inventory was up to 2.2 months

New Listings decreased two percent to 12,618
Pending Sales decreased 17 percent to 9,773
Closed Sales were down 30 percent to 6,865
Inventory levels increased 60 percent to 24,978 units
The Median Sales Price increased three percent to $319,900
The Average Sales Price increased two percent to $372,437
Days on Market increased 50 percent to 51 days
Months Supply of Inventory was up 100 percent to 2.2 months
