In the colder weather 🥶 I love the simplicity of hanging in on the couch and making comfort food for my family. I love a good date night or girls night out when I can sneak away. Most of the time I’m just being a boy mom, playing with dinosaurs and making endless snacks… it keeps me grounded.

Juggling the demands of work with being a parent and a military spouse is a BALANCING ACT, but I do my best to be present and focused in each of my roles.

Staying healthy is crucial for me, so I prioritize a healthy diet, running, hiking, & yoga. Nurturing this side of my life allows me to be my best personally and professionally. 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🥒 ☀️
