We are currently hiring a P/T person, to care for inside & outside plants, weeding outside flower beds & mowing.

Full-Time General Maintenance position. 40hrs a week, benefits after 90 days probation. Hours are Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm & Monday-Wednesday Midnight-8am. Duties include: Janitorial work, security and snow plowing/removal. Apply in person 1414 W. Fair Avenue #132 Mqt.

Must be prompt and dependable for job. Responsible for, answering phones on first ring, greet and acknowledge all visitors, sort inter-office mail, providing directions to patients and visitors, providing new employee badges and maintaining list, update UP Physicians directory. Receive and record work orders and see that they are directed to maintenance. Record UPS packages sent out from our office pick up station. Responsible for operation of various office equipment and serve as troubleshooter for same. Responsible for ordering, distributing and control of keys and chips to the building an individual offices and maintain files for them. Any other tasks that may be asked of you. NO PHONE CALLS.
