Cardinal tickets are close to selling out, so I am moving up the deadline a little. July 12th will be the final day to purchase tickets! Get your tickets ASAP! I am also assigning tickets to families this week and after Friday will not be able to take requests to have separate orders sit by each other.

Cardinal ticket pick up will be after band camp under the bridge on Monday, July 22nd!

All tickets include a jumbo hot dog and soda.

If you would like multiple groups to sit together, I recommend purchasing the tickets at the same time.
We have sold out in the past, so I recommend purchasing as soon as you are able to.

July snuck up quickly it seems this year! I will start assigning tickets that have been purchased next week. After next week, I will not be able to accommodate requests for multiple orders to sit together!

Your child's ticket has already been included with their band fees, but if you would like to attend we are selling tickets for $25 each. The game is the first weekend after band camp, so I will be setting up a time for tickets to be picked up during the week of band camp (most likely right after camp ends). Please make plans to either have your student get them from me or pick them up yourself.

We are thrilled with the fantastic turnout for today's car wash! Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone who stopped by for a wash and to those who generously donated. A special highlight was having the Pattonville Fire Truck join us.

Just 2 weeks left to get the word out about the Mattress Fundraiser! Remember the most important thing we need to happen is to have everyone talk, text, & email about the fundraiser. This is the week we need to crank up the buzz. We need to make a big deal about the fundraiser and beat the drum for the next 2 weeks. We need to keep reaching out to the parents to help spread the word.

REFERRALS, REFERRALS, REFERRALS!!! 75-80% of sales will come from personal referrals.

WE NEED EVERYONE TO PARTICIPATE AND HELP SPREAD THE WORD. MAKE THIS A BIG DEAL, KEEP REMINDING EVERY FAMILY TO FIND 2 PEOPLE WHO NEED A MATTRESS TO COME TO THE FUNDRAISER, AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE WORKS TOWARD HITTING THE GOAL!

We will be having our monthly band booster meeting tonight, Tuesday, March 26th, at 7pm. It will be virtual only via Microsoft Teams. The link is below. Important topics at this meeting will be
- outstanding balances for band and guard and the potential impact on our band and guard students
- the nomination of new board members for the upcoming 2024-25 school year: president/vice president, secretary, and a new position of guard representative.
