The A-Team takes great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments. The A-Team truly understands the dynamics of the New York real estate market and is an expert at educating their clients so they can make the best decision for their needs.
The A-Team uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. They also integrate interactive floor plans into all of their listings to provide all potential buyers the opportunity to design their future in the home.
The A-Team believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training with Darryl Davis, Johnny Loewy, Jeff Lobb, and many other trainers covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.
While The A-Team’s personal awards are too extensive to list, they have been amongst the top agents in their office every month and are part of the Top Producers within EXIT Downstate each quarter. In 2016 Robert was selected as YPN’s top 20 real estate agents under 40 years old, in 2017 Robert was selected to be a featured story in Top Agent Magazine and in 2016 William was named EXIT Realty International Humanitarian of the Year!
William & Robert are members in good standing of the Long Island Association of Realtors, New York Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors in addition to the Long Island Multiple Listing Service.
William & Robert feel that being a Realtor is about more than joining professional associations, they believe Realtors should be involved in the communities where they work as well. They have served their community in many capacities from teaching/coaching children with autism to play basketball and soccer, William and Robert have started Pink Cans 4 Cancer which raises money for young women with breast cancer by collected recyclable cans and donating the money, they also ride 220+ miles on a bicycle each September for Breast Cancer Awareness in Young Women and being part of local community weekend events.
The A-Team understand the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, and relocation process and they strives to alleviate these concerns for their clients as much as possible.
