We are excited to be offering Pre-Participation Physical Exams for high school student athletes! Physicals are $10.00 and are completed by a licensed medical doctor. Call the Nursing Division at (330) 830-1714 to schedule today as appointments are limited.
**These Physical Exams do not replace an annual well check.**
