ADVENTURE 1 trailer build update:
Entering the final stage & cleanup before Health Inspection…I am more than thankful for the Great Service & patience with the process the Massillon Health Department demonstrates year after year, build after build. We seldom purchase a single piece of equipment without their approval which is always timely & NO they don’t like everything I send them. They care about your business & if you are an operator that works hard to do things right, they’ve got your back! I’ll be recognizing the folks that made this build possible in the coming weeks…ALL OF YOU, our customers, employees, contractors & friends are so vital to the success of JD’s Gourmet HOT DOGS & More! Not too long ago I failed one of my customers. The customer experience was far less than our promise. As a business owner I had a choice, look at the bottom line or waive the entire fee for our failed service. I chose the latter because in this lifetime I want to be able to look myself in the mirror straight in the eyes & say I did the right thing…bottom lines & profits mean NOTHING when my head hits the pillow every night…nothing. I will deliver a stellar business to my grandsons one day. Profitable, out of debt & most importantly a great reputation…the kind where a handshake is still better than a contract. We spent the last 3 days vending @ Alive Music Festival 2024. Thank you Briana, Isaiah & Tesha…all of you are amazing workers! I’ve just got to mention a few truly exceptional folks & their food trucks. Uncle Bacon's BBQ your food is becoming legendary. Amish Door your Donuts are already legendary along with your restaurant & hotel I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying in the past! Kona Ice of Central Canton always refreshing. So many fine folks out there bringing your goods to the public in extraordinary ways…it was an our honor to be around all of you & others I failed to mention!
