The main objective of a Reservation Agent is to book transportation reservations for clients with attention to detail while providing clear and upbeat customer service. You’ll be responsible for assisting all types of clients, answering questions regarding timing and preferred pick up directions, giving quotes, emailing clients, and answering emails and texts. You will also review and discuss trip details and routing with chauffeurs. You will be monitoring flights for early arrivals/delays. Most of the day will be spent with data entry, answering phones, responding to email and online chats.

Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients
-Book and quote clients transportation needs with attention to detail
-Answer phones, respond to emails and online chats from clients answering any questions they may have regarding their transportation needs such as pick up time/directions, vehicles etc.
-Dispatching/reviewing details of trips with chauffeurs and any special requests
-Data Entry
-Attention to Detail
-Assist with small office projects during downtimes

Qualifications
-Previous customer service/office experience
-Strong communication skills
-Schedule flexibility - able to work nights and a minimum of every other weekend
-Desire to provide excellent customer service to clients
-Multi-tasking skills
-Detail Oriented
-Understand global time zones and be able to effectively understand and use military time

Compensation
$16 hourly

Peak Limo is a family-owned business that focuses on providing high end, quality service. We have been in business since 2005 and have experienced tremendous growth over the last 17 years. We are looking for a service minded, detailed and organized Assistant Wedding Coordinator.

About this position:
This position is a part time (for now) position in which you would be the assistant to the owner for quoting and booking wedding transportation. Occasionally, you would also attend wedding shows, marketing events and meetings as well as site visits to various venues.

Candidate must haves:
- a great attitude and service minded demeanor
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills
- ability to prioritize time sensitive responses and confidently communication when you need assistance
- ability to learn quickly and on your feet

Great to Have:
- public speaking experience
- previous customer service experience
- formal home office setup with dual monitors

Although this position is listed as part time, there is potential for full time work should you want to join our Reservations team during slower wedding seasons.

Schedule: the schedule is flexible being that this is a supportive position. We would prefer daytime hours. If we find the right candidate, some work may be performed from home.

-Manage incoming flights and schedule changes
-Being in charge of chauffeur communication during your shift
-Ensuring timely arrival for all trips

-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent organization and clerical skills to keep track of schedules, data entry, etc.
-Ability to work under stress but remain calm and calm with staff and clients during rapidly changing situations
-Ability to communication the important details in a fast paced situation
-Able to "think on your feet"

Our perfect fit would be someone who is detail oriented and enjoys providing great customer service; someone who is prepared, self aware and communicates effectively.

Peak Limo is seeking dependable van and minibus chauffeurs who possess a great customer-focused personality and are safety-focused. The candidate must be customer-friendly, detail-oriented-efficient, and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
-Fully understand how to operate and safely maneuver your assigned vehicle (vehicles range from a 12-passenger van to a 32-passenger minibus)
-Plan trips by mapping routes and understands how to reach internal trip notes and follow detailed directions
-Communicate clearly and precisely with dispatch, passengers or event planners to get the job done
-Enjoys working with groups of people that are either on a wine tour, wedding or local sightseeing tour
-Assists passengers with luggage and extending a hand when passengers are entering and exit the vehicle
-Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
-Always ensure your vehicle is kept clean
-Check weather conditions and road reports before departure
-Maintain and perform light services of vehicles as needed (refuel, change oil, tire pressure, repairs, etc.)
-Notify managers of any major maintenance or client impactful issues encountered
-Track and report working hours (ELD)
-Adhere to and have a full understanding of the companies policies and procedures and their expectations
-Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
-Comply with DOT rules and regulations
-Safety must be a priority at all times

Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
-Commercial CDL (Class B), with passenger endorsement (we will assist you if you need to get your passenger endorsement)
-2+ years proven experience with large vehicle driving preferred
-Clean driving record with no moving violations
-Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
-Skilled at driving large vehicles
-Comfortable maneuvering and parking a 35 ft. mini bus
-Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
-Physically and mentally fit
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
-Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
-An innate sense of direction
-Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
-High level of composure and good stress management

Compensation
$25 - $30 hourly
