Garden fresh herbs are a great, aromatic addition to your grill this summer. These delicious and easy-to-grow plants are an essential element of your culinary garden. Here are a few ways we love to use them:

🌿 Infuse
Cut, bundle, and soak sturdy, fresh herbs like rosemary and sage in water for half an hour. Then add your herb bundle directly to your BBQ and close the lid to achieve a light herb infusion.

🌿 Skewer
Create rosemary skewers! Cut a few sturdy rosemary branches and soak for half an hour. Strip off the bottom 2/3 of the leaves and use it as an aromatic skewer for your kebobs. Thread your favorite ingredients onto your rosemary skewer, grill, and enjoy!

🌿 Dressing
Spice up your salads with homemade dressings filled with fresh herbs. Use a base of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and then spice up with your favorite herbs like sage or thyme.
