We did anger management while the person was in New Jersey and I was sitting at Side Cut Park. Darkness and depression go hand in hand for some people. Many of us call it cabin fever in January. Seasonal Affective Disorder is real. Fall symptoms include oversleeping, change in appetite, weight gain, tiredness, and low energy. Darkness brings on the release of melatonin, the sleep hormone. It doesn't care if you still have 47 things left to do when you come home from work. Ah! TV and sleep.
