I couldn't shut my mind down....
When I was starting my chiropractic business, training for functional nutrition & testing, plus commuting to work.
I always had a hard time shutting my mind off after work. I was constantly stressed about my to-do list.
My husband complained that whenever we spent time together, I was always “somewhere else.”
And....
My son stopped telling me things because I “wouldn’t listen anyway.” And lemme tell ya, my sleep definitely suffered. 😴

I had a conversation with someone a week or so ago about... Always hungry after eating only a few hours prior!
I can totally relate... When my thyroid was acting up that was one of the first signs.
But I know so much more now....
I realize it is also related to leptin, ghrelin and cortisol... Your gut and mood hormones!!!!
When we are out of balance our body makes us eat more... it wants nutrition to support itself... BUT do you think that is all?

💦 Dehydration - Drink water first. Aim for 64-100oz per day! Start measuring how much you are drinking.
😴Fatigue - Are you getting enough sleep?
💨Air Hunger - Is your body needing more oxygen. Have you been deep breathing lately.
🍞Types of food you are eating - Are you eating processed and sugary foods that are not giving your body the nutrients and making you "crash" within an hour or two of eating?
