I’ve been using this from Lumen for about 3 and a half weeks. On Monday, I got my first and, to my surprise, my metabolism has high flexibility! I was surprised to wake up this morning with 85% because I ate a large slice of lemon meringue pie late last night. Today was supposed to be a high-carb day and I’m still lacking 7 carb servings, so I guess I can treat myself with some before bed! Also, I’m not trying but I’m already dropped a few pounds, and my work pants are starting to get loose around the waistband. My focus has been on eating more regularly and with more nutritious food choices. Because of my busy work life, I would often skip meals and eat mostly processed foods. Now I’m making myself Greek yogurt smoothies with fresh strawberries and chia seeds in the mornings or my new favorite, a with whipped cream cheese, arugula, cucumbers, and lox.
