Noah, a high school baseball athlete, came to us with a sprained right elbow. Upon Noah’s first visit we noticed immediately the lack of ROM to his elbow as well as marked weakness to his scapular muscles. Our goal was to rebuild his strength, improve flexibility, and reduce pain. It’s been 13 weeks of dedicated therapy and Noah can now move his elbow without difficulty and has regained the strength needed to continue playing the sport he loves 💪🏼⚾️

When Benjamin first came to us, his elbow injury made it tough for him to throw with the same speed and force on a regular basis during his baseball games.
