Here's one my favorite breakfasts that I've been making for years. It's creamy delicious, filling and suitable if you are trying to lose weight. All you need is:
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup water
2 Tbsp Evap Soy Milk
1 Tbsp Agave
Strawberries or other fruit of choice.
