Rough River Lake lot before and after. It’s amazing what can be done with a little imagination and a big excavator. We cleared the lot, hauled away the debris, built a path to access the lake, secured a dock permit and sold.
Bluegrass Lumber & Hardware, LLC came out and measured for the kitchen cabinets and drew up this rendering. Designing a kitchen layout for a remodel can be deceptively tricky. Especially if you change the layout. Thanks for the help John!

Kitchen remodel on Rough River Lake
A friend let us know that this house had been sitting vacant for quite awhile. We called the owner to see if they were interested in selling. Luckily, they were.
The owners had a problem. They wanted to sell but didn’t want to do the amount of work it would take to get this place market ready.
We made them an as-is offer where all they had to do was walk out. No repairs, no inspections, no fees or closing costs and we could close on their timeline. We made it easy. Its was a win-win for both of us.
