Allow me to introduce Harsh. Bellow is from his own words. ___I'm Hash, a proud member of TBT Gym. Back in June 2023, while enjoying a vacation in Fort Lauderdale, FL, I had a transformative moment where I found joy in capturing beach memories despite initial body shyness. This experience ignited a spark within me, leading to a commitment to clean eating, a daily 1.5-hour weightlifting routine, and the inclusion of cardio activities such as jujitsu or Muay Thai."

What an incredible results huh? Hash remarkable journey of shedding 25 pounds of pure fat in just 5 months is unbelievable !

I have been in the world of training and competition for over 20 plus year, I can attest that the true keys to success are discipline and relentless hard work. Hash is a walking proof of those qualities above.

My name is Adenilson Clementino. I am 42 years old, a native of Brazil, and a proud American citizen. Before coming to the USA, I worked in the fields picking weeds in crop fields at the age of 11, then at 14, I worked as a delivery boy. I know, some poor people of our new millennium generation did this type of work. Later on, from 14 Ish to 21 years old, I played basketball for Brazilian clubs and worked as a security guard for dancing clubs and gated communities during the off-season.

Additionally, I worked as a carpenter assistant for my stepfather until I developed enough basketball skills to earn a full-ride scholarship to play basketball. At the age of 21, I came to the USA to play collegiate basketball, spending two years at TVCC (Trinity Valley Community College) in Athens, TX, before getting recruited to play for 2 more years at Prairie View University. I coached college women's basketball for one year at Lubbock Christian University as a graduate assistant coach. About 2011, I started training MMA and found myself competing in Mixed Martial Arts for the next 11 years, with a professional record of 6-4-0.

Today, I am a businessman who speaks three languages fluently: Portuguese, English, and Spanish. I hold several fitness and nutrition certifications and am the CEO and founder of TBT GYM TBT GYM - Mckinney, Texas and 24/7 Fitness Gym -Mckinney, Texas. At the end of 2022, we took a leap of faith and started the franchise process for the our gym business model. As of today, we have sold one franchise in Colorado, which should be up and running in 2024.

I live in Anna, Texas, married and with three beautiful daughters. I consider myself a formidable force in the business world, always learning and ready to press forward for new opportunities, a proud Latino African American male entrepreneur breaking barriers with my passion and tenacity.

As the founder and CEO of TBT GYM FRANCHISES, I have devoted 1000% effort to rise above challenges and establish myself as a prominent figure in the fitness industry. Self-educated in finance and human behavior, I maintain a daily commitment to economic empowerment and personal growth.

I launched TBT GYM with a mission to provide a high-end fitness center that is a one-stop-shop, offering a variety of fitness services and programs for the entire family, making it easy for them to stay active, improve their health and wellness at an affordable price. This strategic fitness center concept has helped hundreds of families find a love for fitness, offering guidance and mentorship to their kids and loved ones. We work every day to empower each other and our gym members, especially entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities. My leadership is defined by resilience, resourcefulness, and an unwavering dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the fitness and business landscape.
