Resale Homes - Only 3.9 months inventory - Still a seller's market
New Construction - 3.5 months inventory - Still a seller's market

However, homes are being sold for about 2.6% less than the list price (resale and new construction) There are many factors at play in real estate, but the largest is the current rate environment and the fact that inventory has risen giving buyers more to pick from which leads to more negotiations, etc.

When you see the national news or news about Dallas, take it with a grain of salt. Reach out to your trusted REALTOR and ask them how your market and your city are doing... we can even drill down into the subdivision, etc.

Well sounds like it will be official come next month! the VA will issue a circular that will allow a buyer to pay the agent a commission if the seller offers no compensation, etc. This is good news for our Military Men and Women!
