Tonight’s pasta special is Penne al Melone 🤩 We couldn’t let Summer wrap up without making this recipe passed on to Chef from the great 🐐 The penne is baked with a cantaloupe cream sauce with just a touch of tomato paste, and comes out of the oven to be finished with fresh-sliced prosciutto, basil, parmigiano and black pepper 👀🍝

And we’ve got the perfect wine pairing for it! We’re pouring Rosé of Pinot Noir from First Man Vineyard by the glass tonight alongside the pasta 🩷
