Monday App spotlight: ✨The apple based applications for video editing are typically considered a more intuitive alternative to the Adobe Suite based software such as Premiere Pro. The three applications are available on the DDS iMacs and enable a professional flow and approach to video editing tailored for the computers.

Part 3: 3D Printer

DDS also offers 3D printing at no cost for Tufts students, faculty, and staff!
Please note that it is available to all Tufts members, printing requests for class or course related work will be prioritized over personal and non-curricular ones.

Our 3D printers use a material called polylactic acid (PLA), which is a plant-based plastic.
The maximum size we can print is approximately 8 x 6 x 5 inches. The larger a print object is, the longer it will take to produce.

~Requesting 3D Printing~
1.Schedule a brief consultation with Miles Donovan, our 3D printing specialist.
2. Your print will be added to the queue once we ensure that the file is ready to be printed. We print it based on the time requested, so plan ahead if you need it by a deadline.
3. Once the print is ready, come pick it up!

If you are ready to print, email [email protected] for a consultation!
