I ran with the Iron Head series at Southern Oregon Speedway. We had good speed all weekend but came up a little short. It’s always a good time working with my team and can’t thank them all enough for a well prepared car. I had some good learning moments throughout the weekend that I and the team can do better to maximize our night. If anyone was wondering I still suck at drawing pills, I pulled a six on both nights which didn’t help our cause. Season is coming to an end but we are going to end strong.

What an experience running with the High Limit Series. It was a solid night for our team. We were able to lock into the main from the heat race which was awesome. I was a little worried due to the fact that it’s been a solid month since I’ve raced. This was only my fifth time with the 410 motor and overall I think I did good. I think this was my team’s best night we have put together from start to finish. I can’t thank my team enough. We’ve been trying to get something together to run against the best in the nation and I feel like we finally did it. This took a lot of time and effort from my Dad, TJ, and Billy.

Was able to go two for two this weekend. Didn’t have the speed we wanted early in the second night at Cottage Grove but made adjustments to the car and got it dialed in for the main. Thanks to my dad for all the hard work. DRI Shocks. LRC Chassis. Crutchfield Engines.

Last night ran the dwarf car at Roseburg. It’s been a tough track for us to get to the finish line with the dwarf car. But last night we were able to break the bad luck and put it in victory lane. Big thanks to my dad completely tearing down this car from the big flip. The car ended up needing a new front clip and all sorts of other things. The car was dialed in as soon as I hit the track like nothing happened. Thanks for LRC chassis for making a safe and fast car. DRI shocks keeping me planted in the track. Jon Trenchard for repairing the chassis. Crutchfield Engines. Onto night two at the Grove!

Late post from last weekend but ran two nights with the IHS series. Night one at Roseburg got into a pile up that I couldn’t avoid . Had to start at the back after going in the hot pits to pull a nerf out of the rear tire. It was a caution filled main that got cut short but ended up making my way up to 5th. Night two at Cottage Grove went a lot smoother car was solid just couldn’t stick the bottom as well as the leader in the main and wound up second. Thanks to my team for another great weekend.

Numero Uno got second tonight😎. Thank you to Trevor and Wes Davis for supplying me with a car to go have some more fun this weekend. Went over to there place, got fitted and set up the car. Car had some good speed all night and felt good to rebound with a finish after last nights big crash. Thank you to my team for all the support.

07/05/2024

Dang it! Cushion monster got me in the main after leading 15 laps. Just made a bad mistake on my end car was on rails. Car needs a lot of work before it’s ready to race again but we will get it dialed in again soon.

06/30/2024

We were able to park it on the front stretch for the Bigfoot. First night we struggled a bit, so we went back to the drawing board making changes to get more speed out of the car. The car was on rails the second night was able to win the qualifier and then win the time in challenge which got us the pole for the main. Thank you to LRC chassis for buliding this rocket. DRI shocks keeping the car always digging. My dad for all the hours in the shop making sure this car is ready. Special thanks to Jim Nelson and Travis Weidman for putting up all the money and supporting the dwarf car community.

Ended up getting the 410 motor done the night before the NARC speedweek that started at Southern Oregon Speedway so we decided to give it a go. I showed solid speed right out the gate and was competitive throughout the week. We learned a ton from the past 4 nights and improved each time. This is a strong group of guys to run with and you have to be on your a game as soon as the green is out. I learned lots of things throughout the week that my team can use to improve our race program. I am excited for the races to come and look forward to the next time we get to run with NARC. I couldn’t do this without my team, they put in a great deal of time making sure the car was ready each and every night. Thank you to TJ and Stacie Winningham for letting me put my motor in their car. It was a spontaneous decision and a pleasant surprise that the motor was ready. Thanks to my dad and Billy for working on getting the motor ready the past couple of months. And lastly thank you Tommy for busting your butt all week preparing the car, mounting and dismounting all the tires.

It was a good weekend for the team. We were consistently getting better every night. Got alot of laps in the 360 package and started to get comfortable with it. Made some mistakes in the Marvin Smith Memorial finale that bumped us backwards from are best finish of the weekend. It been a big learning curve but we are showing great speed just need some more consistency. I can’t thank my guys enough for all the hard work this weekend, Tommy, Stacie, TJ, my dad.

Little late on this one but we ran two nights this last weekend. First night was at The Douglas County Dirtrack and we wound up second in the main the track ended up being right up against the wall and it was fun slicing and dicing. Poor start put us deep in the field, wish we had a couple more laps kept getting better and better as the race went on. Night two we put in the 360 for the first time this year Cottage Grove Speedway. Track was very challenging and typical for the beginning of the year. Learned a lot from the laps we got and excited for the races to come when we run the 360. Track in the main ended up being really difficult to pass and I started 5th and got 4th. Can’t thank everyone who helped make it happen I got the best team.

Glad we were able to get the race in after some good rain in the area. This made for a very technical track trying to keep it on all four. Started off the night biking really hard in qualifying and slapping the wall pretty good. My guys worked there butts off and fixed the car up in time to start the heat race. Had a good heat race and ended up in the redraw out of 51 cars and pulled the 8 starting spot. In the main felt like we had a second place car but hats off to Shrum he had the field covered. Ended up 4th in the main after some bad restarts didn’t fire off like I would’ve liked to.With the track being so rough a couple guys went for some wild rides hope Bud Lorentz and Tommy Velasquez III are doing well and have speedy recovery’s. All in all a good night recovering from qualifying and a solid way to end the year. Thanks to Andrew Kunas for putting on the show and making a special event for the dwarfs every year. It’s been exciting to see how much this race has grown. Can’t thank my dad, Jason, Mark, Conner and Athena for all the help.

Felt good to finish at full speed with a rocket of a car. Back to back IHS champion feels good but I couldn’t do it without my team. Well not the results we wanted but I feel we made good strides with the car. Led a lot of laps in both Friday and Saturdays mains. Broke a fuel pump leading the first night with 3 to go. Then Saturday battling for the lead I made a bad decision and hit a lap car which popped my right rear tire. Thanks to my dad and Jason for the help couldn’t do it without them.
