I have a thought that I have been working on as a Post-Stroke person. And yes, I got most of this from my speech therapist helping me to speak again. If you are going to speak follow the following few rules:
1. Collect your thoughts
2. Organize your thoughts so that they actually make logical sense
3.Review your thoughts so that they come out in a manner that does not make you look a fool
4. Speak slowly, enunciate your words carefully

Yes, I know that this will take time. And that is what is needed in all social media conversations today. Engage your brain before your mouth.

Well, I am back, mostly.
I would like to make a pronouncement on health care in America. It works pretty well if you are on Medicare and Security Health supplemental- at least so far. Note that this level of care does not include my wife who has health care but not the primo-level that I do. If this stroke would have hit her (at 58) it would have taken all of our retirement as well as our house. We should do something about this.
