How far in advance should I book the frosé cart?

Our calendar fills up quickly, so it's best to reserve your date as soon as possible. After planning your event specifics, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date, with the balance payable within 28 days of the event.

Can I have multiple flavors or a non-alcoholic option?

Yes! Our double-tank machine lets you have split flavors — with or without alcohol. For larger events with more than 200 servings, we suggest a single flavor to ensure consistent freezing and uninterrupted service because the tanks will be refilled periodically as service continues.

How long does the setup process take?

Setup takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from arrival to start of service, and cleanup typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Depending on your desired service duration, we will be on site for at least four to five hours. Our staff will handle full setup, delivery, and cleanup. They will remain on site during the entire process to serve and assist your guests.

Wanting your frosé fix? We have some amazing opportunities over the next week to come say hi and cool off in this heat! First up, we will be at this Friday August 25th from 6-9 celebrating the new farm for their flower bar open house with serving delicious eats. Then on Sunday the 27th we are excited to be at for their Sunday Slowdown live music afternoon with food by enjoying an amazing afternoon at one of our favorite wineries! And finally, make sure to come visit us for the final Tuesday family night where we will be serving kids and adult frozen deliciousness for the whole family to enjoy!
