Meet “Wheela Tequila” our Mobile Bar. Wheela Tequila is the first Tequila Truck in Southern Oregon! We Specialize in unique top shelf Tequila’s as well as our own beer Quila Twist Designed and brewed locally in Medford Oregon. Quila Twist is a perfect light summer beer with fresh tasting lime and light tequila Barrel flavor with 4.4 alcohol content. Wheela Tequila is a Fun Addition for Large private or Public events. Open Bar packages start at $3,000 for the first 5 hours plus the cost of insurance and OLCC event permit fees. Our open bar services are recommended for Parties over 200 people. We can create a Customized package of the drinks of your choice that will be the best fit for your guests. If you would prefer a Cash Bar service that includes Liquor liability insurance and designated liquor, beer, and wine assortments from the basic or premium bar selection. This is based on a per drink basis and charged directly to your guests. Cash Bar requires a minimum of 350 guests. Set up & staff charges will apply depending on location that may result in a different fee. To give enough time for permits and insurance to be processed we do require 8 weeks notice before an event.
